About our group:

The Corp FP&A team coordinates the cross-functional activities and resources required to develop the annual financial operating plan and monitors execution performance to influence and drive necessary actions to support achievement of the company's stated financial goals. The team is also responsible to coordinate, execute and support internal and external financial reporting needs of the company.

About the role - you will:

This position will report to the Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A Planning & Forecasting responsible for Revenue and COGS planning/forecasting/reporting. The primary focus of this role is revenue/margin planning and forecasting. Specific responsibilities Include:


* DATA PLATFORMS - Close partnership with other functions as needed to Design, Build and Maintain all required systems, tools, methods, and processes to enable the capture and compilation of actual, plan and forecast data to support two key CFP&A led planning and forecasting workflows; Quarterly Plan-of-Record (POR) and Weekly Outlook (Flash)
* ANALYZE, INFORM, INFLUENCE - support and participate in the creation and publish of presentation materials used in various forums, including senior executive level meetings to review, inform and influence actions and decision making related to the formation of corporate level financial plans and in-quarter execution
* SAP Digital Transformation - support the SAP transformation leads and users to undertake the appropriate designs and implementation to uphold and expand upon the current capabilities of FP&A teams and the business partners we support

About you:

* Strong communication and collaboration skills with a one-team mindset
* Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Driven by curiosity and a can-do attitude with a bias to continuous improvement and problem solving

Your experience includes:

* Financial modeling experience
* Experience with or desire to learn/leverage tools like Knime, Alteryx, Python, PowerBI, AFO, Tableau
* Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
* BS/BA in areas of finance, accounting, information systems
* Minimum two years relevant experience

Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base salary range for this position: $75,500-$110,100. Actual salary range is based on fair market value of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
