Required:
Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency and/or at least three (3) years of experience working as a clinical pharmacy specialist with direct patient care responsibility.
Certification as a licensed Registered Pharmacist by the State of Arkansas or eligible for licensure
Preferred:
Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in Solid Organ Transplant.
Five (5) years of experience working as a clinical pharmacist in a solid organ transplant setting
Board certification is preferred and required within three (3) years of hire.

Responsibilities:
Provides pharmaceutical services throughout medical center and consultative assistance to physicians, nurses, and other clinic staff in area of speciality.
Works as an active member of multidisciplinary team and collaborates with healthcare providers within decentralized patient care areas to provide patient-centered care
Delivers medication therapy management services within specialty patient area of care;
adjusts care according to patient response and provides clinical intervention to detect, mitigate and prevent medication adverse effects, and ensure effectivity of pharmaceutical care programs
