The Dietitian plans modified diets as requested by the attending Physician and provides nutritional assessments for patients as needed, and counsels patients and their families on dietary plans, food selections, preparation, and nutritional principles. Provides input in the development and implementation of patient care plans based on the assessment of nutritional needs.
