We are currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator (Service Center Operator A) to join our 2nd shift warehouse team in Little Rock, AR. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Essential Functions:

* Process orders on the Mazak or Hartford Vertical Machining Center
* Responsible for the startup, setup and operation of CNC mill
* Inspects completed work and ensures parts meet customer specifications; observes and makes adjustments if needed
* Observes all standard safety practices and maintains and completes all required records
* Follows all safety rules and practices
* May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
* Other duties as assigned by supervision and management

Position Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
* Must have advanced math skills and the ability to calculate speeds and feeds
* Must have basic CNC programming and be proficient with G code and M code
* Must be able to read mechanical / part drawings and use precision measuring equipment ( calipers, micrometer, bore gauges)
* Experience working in a metals industry warehouse environment is preferred
* Comfortable working in a dirty, non-AC controlled warehouse environment
