Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of talented engineers, designers, and technicians in the development of structural designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, tanks, vaults, and other supporting structures.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including civil, process, mechanical, electrical, and I&C engineers, to deliver comprehensive and innovative designs that meet project objectives.
* Conduct structural design calculations, coordinate with regulatory agencies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality of work products.
* Actively mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their growth as design professionals and preparing them for increased responsibilities.
* Embrace the opportunity for fieldwork and travel to support site assessments and provide construction support as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license and willingness to obtain Structural Engineer (SE) license.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design for heavy concrete structures.
* Expert knowledge of structural design principles, standards, and codes.
* Proficiency in structural design software and tools such as SAP2000, RISA-3D, or STAAD.
* Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and ensure exceptional quality of work.
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
