Summary of Job Duties:*General office duties such as data entry, word processing, copying, filing, and preparing correspondence
*Advising on the admission and/or enrollment processes
*Evaluating student applications and credentials for admissions and/or financial aid
*Monitoring, tracking and reporting on various statistics
*Coordinating with other University departments to provide needed services
*Develop and present information in a variety of forums
*Assist with the coordination of New Student Orientation
*Creates, coordinates and reviews communications for consistency of messaging across multiple areas.
*Other duties as assigned by staffQualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Professional in all interactions with students, staff, faculty, and others
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
