The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity in the newly formed Strategic Finance team within Adobe's Digital Media ("DMe") Central Planning team. The vision of this team is to become a finance and strategy powerhouse and a go-to resource known for its financial expertise and knowledge of the tech industry to identify emerging trends, understand market forces, and evaluate potential risks and opportunities. You will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, supporting key financial decisions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring a strategic lens to Adobe's Digital Media quarterly and longer-term planning process. This role will provide great exposure to senior finance leaders and an opportunity to collaborate across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Enhance migration hygiene by adding price flag and migration path for teams
  • Improvise migrations planning cube in TM1 with layers in planning cube itself
  • Increase controllable forecast accuracy for OL and planning
  • Enhance migration dashboard to include full year and multiple quarter build
  • Transition (Q1) plan for new paths, adding vis in planning subs full-year
  • Driving Insights - Upsells/Downsells

What you will need to succeed:

  • At least 5 years of experience, 2+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance
  • Track record of building financial models and accompanying presentation materials that narrate the key findings of the analysis and drive discussion at the executive team level.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $89,000 -- $194,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
