The Citrix Administrator III position is responsible for implementing enhancements, application integration, migrations, usage monitoring, and issue resolution for cloud application platforms. This is achieved through the consumption and integration of the various Microsoft and Citrix applications, services, and technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage, support, and maintain an existing Citrix Cloud platform in Microsoft Azure.

* Administer and update additional Citrix Components (Netscaler's, Cloud Connector's, VDA's).

* Track metrics for stability, interoperability, security, and support.

* Citrix application virtualization and assist with regular updates and maintenance of those applications.

* Assists in the migration to cloud based solutions to greatly enhance efficiencies, and to consolidate toolsets.

* Provides reports on resource utilization and notifies stakeholders of potential limitations. Offers key input into the development and implementation of related policies and standards.

* Manages, supports and monitors system assets, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure based platforms and services.

* Plans and coordinates the integration, enhancements, and expansions of various system assets.

* Meets with business units and IT associates to define issues and develops solutions and efficiencies to address those identified issues.

* Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.

* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations

* Ability to write routine reports, procedures, and business correspondence.

* Ability to read, write, analyze and comprehend simple instructions, financial reports and/or legal documents and business correspondence.

* Ability to respond in writing to customer complaints, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.

* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one and group situations, to managers, customers, clients, other employees in the organization, and the general public.

* Ability to lead and mentor other employees in the achievement of organizational goals

* Ability to relay technical information in business terms.

* Advanced problem solving skills required to find solutions to problems that are technically complex and require collection, interpretation and analysis of data from diverse sources.

Education and Experience

* BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field is required, or

* Six to eight years of work-related, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training.

* Citrix Administration experience is a requirement

* Microsoft O365

* Microsoft PowerBI

* Microsoft Exchange

* Microsoft Sharepoint

* Microsoft Server OS administration

* Microsoft Azure

* Microsoft Active Directory

* PowerShell

* Ability to quickly master new IT processes and tools.

Certificates, Licenses or Registrations

* MCSE, or a similar certifications for one or more of the applications listed abov
