As the key liaison between the Supply Chain and Sales teams, Westrock's S&OP Manager will be responsible for assembling a company-wide demand plan that will enable capacity planning for the manufacturing sites. This role will also work to resolve long-term supply and demand constraints. Through collaboration with the key Planning & Scheduling leaders, the S&OP Manager will play an integral role in creating plans that drive the production necessary to achieve the company's organic growth and revenue goals, support strategic decision-making and cost saving initiatives.
Job Duties:
Work with Planning & Scheduling leaders to develop a strategic roadmap to mature the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and drive adherence to it
Lead supply and demand collaboration - ensure capacity planning, product commercialization and demand planning work collaboratively to solve for new business opportunities
Embed structure, discipline, and continuous improvement into the S&OP process to enable robust, efficient action planning and decision making
Contribute to the monthly S&OP process by delivering a predictable, reliable and cross-functionally integrated plan that aligns with the company's objectives with a focus on balancing demand and supply, optimizing inventory, and minimizing lead-times
Assist in the S&OP process including scheduling meetings, coordinating content input, preparing the meeting deck, capturing action items, and issuing meeting minutes
Actively engage all stake holders to balance expectations with S&OP performance
Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure sufficient capacity exists in the supply and distribution networks
Recommend and drive planning process improvements, motivate and encourage team members to improve communication with other departments, and work toward constant improvement of key metrics
Develop, maintain, and utilize a KPI scorecard to align performance with financial, operational, and strategic objectives
Leverage analytics to provide timely data insights and recommendations to stakeholders throughout various areas of the organization
Lead or participate in various special projects at the direction of senior management to ensure supply chain objectives are aligned with company objectives

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or other related field,
5+ years' experience in sales or planning, preferably in a food and beverage manufacturing environment
Able to collect and analyze large amounts of data, and turn that into actionable information
Build relationships and influence others to drive action with appropriate urgency across critical cross-functional partnerships
Collaborate and communicate effectively both cross-functionally and with executive leadership, senior management, peers, and team members
Lead and solve complex organizational problems with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, NetSuite, or other similar ERP systems)
Ability to work in fast paced high-pressure environment where change is constant and needs to be managed with internal and external customers
