Print Production Specialist North Little Rock, Arkansas
Garver's Information Technology department is hiring a Print Production Specialist to support print jobs throughout Garver. This position will support Canon Printers, computers (PCs and Macs) and other technologies as needed throughout the Garver offices from our North Little Rock, AR location. Based out of North Little Rock, AR, this position will support all of Garver through onsite, remote and travel as necessary.
Additional duties include:
In addition to print support duties, this position will support other IT Help Desk projects as time permits.
Requirements
  • Expert experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Adobe DC, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred).
  • Experience with Canon printers and print production. (Canon imagePress C810 preferred).
  • Experience with Fiery Command Workstation
  • Experience with digital press and finishing machine experience
  • Ability to multi-task in an efficient manner to ensure all jobs are produced in a timely manner meeting the schedule deadlines
  • Ability to work and communicate as an effective team member
  • Strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to work well with end-users
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • 3+ years of experience with Windows desktop environment (Windows 7, 8, 10)
