Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Basic proficiency with computers (preferablyMS Office)
Excellent telephone etiquette skills
General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Call center experience
Experience in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
