Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field PLUSone (1) year of medical revenue cycle experience (i.e., hospital/professional billing, reimbursement, managed care contracting) OR an Associate's Degree PLUS minimum three (3) years of medical revenue cycle or managed care contracting experience OR a High School Diploma PLUS five (5)years of medical revenue cycle or managed care contracting experience.
Must have Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in contract & procurement is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Provides financial oversight, analysis and reporting related to contract profitability, billing, and collections to department and service line management, leadership, and external organizations.
Manages relationships with department and service line administrators and staff and UAMS customers to provide service and advice as needed related to revenue contracts .
Monitors and assists in the contract renewal process, working with departments and services lines to ensure renewals are timely and accurate.
Inputs, verifies and maintains information in the contracts management system.
Manages processing of Customer Contract invoices in Workday and ensure invoices are timely, accurate and in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Monitors and resolve collections of past due invoices.
Provides reports to management as scheduled or as needed.
Completes projects as requested.
