Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of experience in general administrative office support or
Associates degree plus four (4) years ofexperience in general administrative office support or
High School diploma/GED plus six (6) years ofexperience in general administrative office support required.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Coordinates office activities with the office manager and other professional staff within and outside assigned unit.
Maintains ACH/UAMS on-duty physician schedule entries in Qgenda.
Gathers information for credentialing for the Neonatology Faculty.
Oversees completion of the Time and Effort forms for the Neonatology Department.
Updates Neonatology faculty profiles on the UAMS website.
Enters purchase orders/travel in Workday for Neonatology faculty physicians.
Management of IT inventory in Neonatology Department.
Assist with didactic meetings and organizing meetings for residents.
Requests privileges for department access to various programs and folders for faculty.
May perform other duties as assigned.
