Job Duties and/or Responsibilities:
Provide daily supervision of daily program activities involving students, staff, and volunteers per schedule;
Facilitate administrative processes and perform duties such as daily attendance, break, lunch, and snack distribution, and check-in/out process;
Support to maintain a positive behavior management system, implement incentives, disciplines, and dismissal;
Support and organize field trips, parent orientations, and other special events;
Create and maintain up-to-date and accurate program records - registration, attendance, absences, awards, behaviors, etc;
Work closely with CI Program Coordinator to coordinate program planning, update records, follow up absences, and prepare supplies and logistics for upcoming activities;
Uphold the high-quality standards set for the Summer Program by the state and Children International;
Other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent coordination, attention to details, and teamwork skills;
Proven ability to manage recordkeeping, data entry, and timely reporting;
Demonstrated professionalism in communication with co-workers, students, and parents;
Knowledge of and/or experience with summer camps for youth;
Energetic and passionate about being a role model for all children and youth;
Ability to plan for executing seamless daily operations per established camp schedule and protocols;
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and problem solve;
Spanish helpful;
Must be available onsite on program days Monday-Friday;
Must provide own transportation to site;
Must be able to pass a background check.
