Paid Media Specialist Little Rock, Arkansas

Garver's downtown Little Rock, Arkansas office is looking for a full-time Paid Media Specialist to join our national award-winning in-house Communications Team.

This creative position will execute and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch. You will work alongside a group of strategic thinkers and creative doers all steadfastly focused on telling the story we live out every workday - that Garver is the best firm to work for and with. Success will mean collaborating with your teammates to impact Garver's business development, brand awareness, and recruitment efforts by leveraging data to maximize our creative strategy.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media for digital advertising across various platforms - LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.

* Build targeted audiences and deploy campaign strategies in-line with marketing objectives that aim to maximize ROI.

* Define, measure, and evaluate relevant KPIs.

* Provide ongoing actionable insights and campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.

* Develop clear and concise campaign reports that communicate overall effectiveness. Share campaign analytics and insights with internal team to inform future campaigns.

* Look for opportunities to improve existing digital assets in pursuit of product excellence.

* Manage overall and campaign specific paid media budget.

* Stay up to date with the latest technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

* A bachelor's degree in mass communications, marketing, business or a related field

* At least 2 years of in-house marketing experience with a focus in social media marketing and PPC campaigns

* Must be able to work as a team member within the Communications Team while having positive rapport with other internal teams.
