JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a unique opportunity to join the organization at an expansion stage and help build talent and culture from the ground up, as we build Trex's new location in Little Rock. A high level of accountability and coordination, along with a focus on relationships and willingness to travel regularly to other established locations during the early months of this role will be key components to success.

When you work at Trex, you're helping to grow and enhance a true original. You join a company that boldly launched an entire industry... and still leads the way.

We are looking for an EHS Manager to lead and direct the EH&S activities within the plant locations ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, applicable codes, and corporate policies about EH&S. As a Trex EHS Manager, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to develop, manage, and lead environmental activities to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations. It's how we started and how we continue to lead the industry - finding intersections of opportunity and hard work, digging in, and digging deep. The result is progress, both for the company and for the people building their careers here. If you are values-driven and share our beliefs, if you are willing to hold yourself and others accountable to the highest standards, then Trex is a place you can call home.
