This is a unique opportunity to join the organization at an expansion stage and help build talent and culture from the ground up, as we build Trex's new location in Little Rock. A high level of accountability and coordination, along with a focus on relationships and willingness to travel regularly to other established locations during the early months of this role will be key components to success.

We are looking for a Manager, Controls Engineer to help us by ensuring the successful design, development and maintenance of control systems for our industrial processes. As a Trex Manager, Controls Engineer, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to lead a team of controls engineers and technicians, set departmental goals and collaborate with other departments to drive the strategic vision of the organization. This role is a key member of our Process Engineering team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for leaders with a bachelor's degree in engineering or a computer-related field along with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as a Controls Engineer or Engineering Manager.
