Work Performed:

TheCosmetologistwill be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

• Demonstrateanunderstandingofuniversalsafety and proceduralprecautions when providingservices;

• Provideexcellent customer relation skills and take care of the guests per the established service standardsand Atrium's CoreVales;

• Demonstratethe highest level of product knowledge,to include productingredients as wellastheirbenefits to the client;

• Educate guestsabout proper nail, hair and make-upcare;

• Customize treatments based on guest requests, suggestingand recommendingproducts for usefollowing their service (as part of retail sales program);

• Create client cards with treatment notesfor futurereference;

• Complete commission/hours/tips sheet and turn in on assigned dates to the Spa Supervisor

• Thoroughly clean all equipmenton a daily basisand or after each treatment; and

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management;and

• Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
