Advantage Resourcing is seeking new talent in Broussard, LA, ready to join forces with a company that produces custom building solutions through manufactured steel components. We are hiring an experienced Structural Fitter with at least 3 years of experience ready for the next step of their career!

• Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Night Shift | Monday - Friday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
• Pay: $19 - 20/hr. (Depending on experience)

Structural Fitter responsibilities include reading and following blueprints and layout specifications, aligning parts or workpieces to prepare for proper assembly, and positioning, fitting, and welding parts to complete units. The candidate will utilize fabricating machines to bend, cut, form, punch, drill, form components, and lift components using cranes or other lifting equipment. Requirements for an interested candidate include three years of previous experience, passing a welding test, and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
