Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of administrative experience, including project or program management
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook

Responsibilities:
The Program Administrator for NRSL reports to the Director of the Center for Nursing Excellence and works at the direction of the Director to provide project management.
Incumbent will promote, organize, assist, communicate, develop timelines, and affirm goals for all projects.
Manages the daily logistics and corresponding communication for each project.
Ensures documentation and communications are timely and organized.
Manages project reporting, including tracking critical steps, outcomes, and deliverables.
Provides an extremely high level of customer service to stakeholders.
Collects and consolidates data in order to track performance against goals.
Exercises independent discretion and judgement to solve complex problems.
Serves as a liaison between key stakeholders, staff, leadership, consultants and other partners.
Works with nursing units, administration, and campus divisions to ensure success of strategic and tactical initiatives.
Monitors, tracks, and drives timelines with respect to goals and activity.
Manages all events across NRSL to ensure timely and efficient completion of all tasks with minimal overlap.
Ongoing project management includes Nursing Strategic Plan, Nursing Annual Report, Nurses Week Events, Nursing Excellence Programs, and Magnet Designation.
Provides administrative management for the Center for Nursing Excellence and Nurse Recruitment programs.
Monitors and tracks program utilization and prepares end of year reports. Identifies and implements efficiency processes.
Coordinates events for 3,000+ PCS clinical employees.
Directs a team of administrative staff to ensure successful events.
Examples include: State of Nursing, Leadership Luncheon, Daisy Celebration, Recognition/Celebratory events when goals are met.
Works with Marketing and Communication on campus-wide events that impact NRSL.
