Summary of Job Duties:This position functions as the Workday Curriculum Analyst on the Workday Student implementation team. Primary responsibilities of this position include the maintenance of the Common Course Number System and Non-Credit Workforce functionality. Reporting to the Student Records Functional Lead, the Curriculum Analyst will complete hands-on functional and technical project activities and provide guidance to System resources. This position will develop and maintain the Common Course Number Index, curriculum management software, maintain documentation on Common Course Numbering, and work with the Workday Student development where it has touchpoints with Common Course Numbering. They will also develop and maintain Non-Credit Workforce courses and functionality within the Workday system. The person will provide knowledge transfer to institutions and project team, configure functionality, and assist in testing and roll-out of Common Course Numbering, course numbering in Workday Student, and Non-Credit Workforce in Workday Student.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The educational equivalent of Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education

  • At least one year of experience working in student records, curriculum, academics, or faculty.

  • Must be able to work collaboratively and travel throughout the State to various UA campuses on an average of once a month or as needed


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in assessing, revising, implementing and supporting curriculum business processes

  • Experience with change management related to curriculum governance, curriculum approval processes and workflows, and curriculum management software.

  • Experience with Non-Credit Workforce course offerings

  • Experience with state and federal reporting requirements for Non-Credit Workforce

  • Knowledge of the process being transformed and an understanding of how the process/system integrates with other processes and initiatives.

  • Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and task management skills

  • Solid analytical skills

  • Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis

  • Ability to structure work efficiently

  • Ability to provide direction and use interpersonal influences to gain goal alignments with results versus activity-oriented outcomes


Salary Information:

$60,000
