Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of experience in general administrative office support or
Associates degree plus four (4) years ofexperience in general administrative office support or
High School diploma/GED plus six (6) years ofexperience in general administrative office support required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders from a customer service and positive focus.
Experience in an institution of higher learning, working with clinical/research faculty preferred.
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and organizes meetings/events/retreats.
Schedules and identifies room locations and technology needs.
Orders food and assisting with itinerary.
Processes spend authorizations and expense reports associated with meetings and travel.
Maintains and supports associated committees, advisory groups, calendar management of the Vice Chairs, prepare correspondence as needed.
Updates CV's, and keeps accurate and up to date records of trainings.
Works closely with the Executive Assistant to support the Department overall as needed.
May perform other duties as assigned.
