Sr. Manager, Global Client Partnerships

The PlayStation Network Advertising team is a sophisticated, global advertising sales organization focused on servicing platform partners. As a leader in gaming and entertainment, we look to continually refine our business models to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Now, as we enter a phase of significant expansion, we are in search of a highly skilled Senior Leader to strengthen our team.

The Senior Manager of Client Partnerships assumes a meaningful role in refining our monetization strategy. Tasked with facilitating planning, prioritization, and execution of critical initiatives, this position drives growth within our strategic partner segment. We are seeking an experienced senior manager to improve our approach in engaging with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with our goals and objectives.

The candidate will work closely with PlayStation cross-functional departments, helping to develop scalable solutions that empowers their team to achieve success. Leading a strategically focused, senior consultative sales team, the chosen candidate will champion PlayStation's suite of advertising solutions to our most integrated business partners. We are looking for a proactive self-starter, skilled at navigating global stakeholders, leading distributed sales teams, and solving problems with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, nurture, develop and empower a high performing Client Partnerships team
  • Cultivate strong and lasting external relationships with key strategic partners
  • Work and lead cross functionally across our global teams; conversion rate optimization, consumer lifecycle management, partner relations, operations, consumer insights product and marketing to optimize our efforts in the market
  • Oversee assigned business and customer initiatives from end-to-end

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with a broad range of cross-functional team members, partnering with and serving for the benefit of the PlayStation organization and staff within
  • Represent PlayStation by acting with integrity and the highest ethical standards in all internal and external engagements, effectively representing the brand in meetings and forums.
Sales Strategy Development
  • Devise new growth strategies tailored to our global strategic segment.
  • Enhance client interaction, sales, and services for PlayStation, including developing a deep understanding of agencies.
  • Proactively address key concerns, guiding stakeholders towards effective solutions.
  • Increase the efficiency of the team by recognizing opportunities for innovative approaches.
  • Develop and launch GTM strategies for emerging business areas.
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of digital media, marketing or advertising industry experience with 7+ years management experience
  • Experience working in and navigating a large global or high-growth organization with many collaborators
  • Commercial leadership skills with the ability to accurately forecast against sales quota targets
  • Demonstrated ability of achieving profitable revenue growth
  • Deep knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology
  • An understanding of product strategy and key requirements for scaling products and operations through partnerships
  • Strong understanding of PlayStation, our ecosystem, and its core players
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships
  • Ability to travel as required

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

In addition, this role

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$221,400$332,200 USD
